From BBC News. (i would assume this would refer to new footage maybe?) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7737392.s tm The new Terminator movie will "reinvigorate the franchise", Hollywood director McG has promised at a preview of footage in central London. The film-maker also said the film, Terminator Salvation, would "push the envelope" with its hi-tech visual effects. Set ...

McG is a brilliant director and I have no doubt that he is the next Stanley Kubrick. I'm very frustrated with all these haters. McG is a wonderful human being. How can you hate the man who brought us not one, but TWO Charlie's Angels films? It just doesn't seem right to me. I suppose people just don't appreciate good cinema these days. Oh, and he DID NOT, I repeat, DID NOT lie about the new ...

According to Sam Worthington. Keep in mind that James Cameron trusts Sam Worthington and so should you.

So I guess McG wasn't lying. I've seen a couple of other threads with the trailer description, but those, it appears, are all fake, apart from this one: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0438488/board/nest/122 766972 Two new trailers? Quite surprising, but also exciting. Anyway, my friend recently saw Quantum of Solace (good movie, by the way), and emailed me a description of the new trailer for ...

Anyone got any thoughts? There were some elements I enjoyed about the TX but it didn't even come close to the badassery of Robert Patrick's T1000! But its got me thinking if Terminator Salvation is a success and they decide to do 2 more Terminator films there going to have to show the T800,T1000 and TX being built and what not. Will they get Arnie, Patrick and Lokken back or use CGI, or ...

YES, PG-13 is perfect for a Terminator movie, indeed Alien vs Predator, a very gory movie is PG-13, therefore also Terminator4 will be violent and splatter as like as Alien vs Predator.

I am a huge fan, and I am furious how Halcyon DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THIS FILM HAVING A SOUL, JUST ABOUT MONEY. That was the problem we had with T3. It was soulless. A cash-in. How is this any better? The insult and provocation is there, from hiring McG of all people (give me a f'n break!!!) to using the writers of T3/Catwoman's script (then trying to save face and use big names to cash in on the...

remember the old "art of" book that came out with Terminator 2? I remember flipping through it in highschool. Cameron wanted to do explosive silverfish and gigantic crab-looking HKs with spider legs and plasma gun turrets, but didn't have the budget or ability to make it look realistic, so he scrapped it. If he had more money and cheaper CG, he would have made the future war look more like the ...

I spoke to a friend who works at a theater in jersey. He told me there is no trailer before QOS. I trust him, because he is a die hard terminator fan. That sucks MCG

Here comes a guy, McG, who will make a movie as good as Terminator 2 and people bashing him for no f-cking real reason. McG is in the same position like Christopher Nolan when he had done Batman Begins. Fans didn't trust Nolan in the first place but look what he has done. Wake up, we got a great tv show and a great movie is waiting for us. The T3 nightmare is over and life goes on.
