Did Rocky die at the end?

What are you talking about? There was no suggestion of any death whatsoever. Rocky didn't die at all. The "dissolving" effect is just a special effect.

Burning trash can in the street...

The area of the street market in the Rocky movies is 9th street in South Philadelphia. The vendors still keep fires in cans going as a way to keep warm. They are outside vendors who are there all week, year-round and this is their only source of heat. I'm not sure if the entire city Philadelphia allows open burning. I live in suburban Philadelphia and we are not allowed to do any form of open burning.

Carl Weathers Wanted To Be In...

It's difficult to restore a dead character but it's not impossible, think about it well, Sly decided to ignore completely Rocky V to relieve Rocky of cerebral damages that would have stopped him from stepping into the ring again. If Sly had decided to ignore Rocky IV too, he'd been able to reintroduce Apollo Creed in Rocky Balboa, maybe Carl Weathers had something like that in mind.

Should have been more like Rocky IV

Rocky 4 is awesome. But it's not good as a Rocky film, it's too action based and not story oriented like 1,2 and 5.

Burning trash can in the street...

I've never been to the East Coast before, but I hear from a friend who is from NY and told me that burning trash cans are common sight in street markets of East Coast cities during winter time. Was wondering if they are common sight and is it legal? For me, it just seems like a hazard with so many people crowding through a street market.

Maybe Weathers wanted to show up, to tell Rocky to go to Dagobah to get trained by Yoda? Nobody likes you. Everybody hates you. You're gonna lose. Smile, you f.ck.

Didn't Rocky Balboa end the Rocky series perfectly! why would you want to ruin it? Stallone made up for part V and he took the character full circle and ended the franchise on a high note. The poster for Rocky Balboa said "It Ain't Over til it's Over" It your case it's OVER!!!!!! Let it go already!! Here's a good idea for you. Why dont you try writing an original screenplay, with ...
