AH!AH!AH! Great you noticed it! AH!AH!AH! Here in Italy we say so! Not very polite, though! I'm actually Italian, and well I've been brought up to dip or dunk your biscuits in coffee or something. What is wrong with that?

Independent films aren't usually backed by studio money but can be which is why Pyscho is an iffy one, but because Hitchcock was a bit of an Autuer i guess his movies can be classed as independent. Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once and while, you could miss it.

Best Movie Ever Completely agree, though what I find interesting is that not one of the movies you've seen you have gave a 10. That's odd.

I always think it's interesting to wonder what happened to Zed after Butch left and Marcellus is left with him. I wouldn't like to be Zed at that time. I think he extracted his teeth (hence the pair of pliers line) and i think he would've scalded him all over with the blow torch. Maybe cut his ears off (a la Reservoir Dogs) and set him alive to burn. I reckon they would've played with him for a good couple of hours before...

Maybe they didn't kill him, but let him live a castrated, deformed, pain-filled life. Anyone else think Maynard was *very lucky* to get a sword in the chest? Instant death versus hours of agonising torture.....!

UPDATED Fri Sep 12 2008 12:11:22 Seriously, all the n-bombs, a black man gets raped, another is shot in the head for supposed "comedic effect," where does Tarantino get off doing all this? In fact, the only African American I can think of who doesn't have bad things happen to him is a murderer. Yeah, that's an accurate depiction. Tarantino is as dirty as the filth he ...

They just don't seem like a husband-and-wife type. I have a hard time believing that fine-featured, fashionable, delicate-boned, witty Mia would be attracted to a street thug (albeit a kingpin of street thugs) like the armless T-shirt-wearing, mohawk-headed, slang-speaking Marsellus. Marsellus seems like the type who would want a Halle Berry/Beyoncé on his arm. Mia seems like the...

I always thought this was strange: When Butch walks in on Zed and Maynard raping Marsellus, we see Marsellus is bent over but doesn't seem to be otherwise restrained. And neither Zed nor Maynard are holding their guns. Yet Marsellus just takes it. Although there are two of them and they're sick rapists, compared to Marsellus they'd be little more than punks. So why isn't Marsellus putting up a...

I thought Pulp Fiction was the coolest sh#t ever when I first saw it. Then I got into old movies and can't look at it the same way. QT stole so much from the French New Wave, Yakuza Pics, and 70's Cult films. It's a shame. I never would of realized he was so incredibly unoriginal. I mean - it's definitely an homage movie....but I never realized how many "homages" there actually were. Ex.1...

I think Tarantino did OK in the role, but I think a lot of his lines would have been uttered a lot better by Buscemi. Remember when Tarantino was gonna play Mr. Pink in Reservoir Dogs? he is rehearsing in the special features with Harvey Keitel and again he comes off as just OK, Buscemi took the role and ran with it and I think he would have portrayed the Jimmy character better as well. and...

Quentin Tarantino says he hates product placement, hence red apple cigarettes, but the Big Kahuna Burger scene is littered with product placement. "No, no, no, where'd you get 'em? McDonald's, Wendy's, Jack in the Box; where?" then "what's in this?" "sprite." "sprite, good!" and in the beginning when vincent says "and in paris you can buy a beer at mcdonald's" and of course "i ...
