=============== However, you could help me out and explain what "channeling Julia Childs" means. Sounds like a euphemism for something Bond might certainly take on. But it's a new one on me. Also, why is quiche "famously effette." It's eggs. Bond loves eggs. Real men do eat quiche. =============== Julia Child? Well if so, it followed Bond evoking Woodhouse....

Bond: Yes, well, you get your clothes on, and I'll buy you an ice cream. I have a love hate relationship with that scene. Still, I think it's admirable that Bond actually turned down sex with a young hottie. Yes, even 007 has standards. Other funny scenes... Diamonds are Forever... "I was just out walking my rat and I seem to have lost my way." Actually it's not even the line that's funny. I just love the...

Yep, the cooking scene is one of the most Bond-ish moments in AVTAK. The problem is that the scene comes across more like a man cooking his granddaughter breakfast than it does a man cooking for his lover.

Property of a Lady
Risico
007 in New York
Or they could use something completely different.
