There is no doubt Germans shared Hitlers sentiment towards France. When the German delegation took that train to Versailles, the train was continually delayed so French citizens could surround the train and yell at the delegation. This was totally humiliating towards this German delegation. And when the delegation arrived, the hall turned silent and they were greeted very impolitely. How Islamic TERORRISM all started?
Published (2009-11-24 20:26:00)
Terrorism was taught to the Middle East by the west. Actually, terrorism was started during the Roman times in Europe and the world's 1st terror attack was happened in 105 B.C. by a Danish tribe (not the Muslims nor Arabs but the Danish made an insults to them after the Mohammad cartoon incident, more than 2000 years later) Cimbri when they'd tried to attack Rome. Yes, that makes sense because usually folks compare decades to one another while they try to reflect upon good events from the past and worry about all of these bad things happening today. Back during their good decades, they were probably doing the same thing, reliving the past, and complaining about the negatives going on and on. and probably still going on.

if by 'the Cross' you mean only Christian armies that were specifically marching under 'the Cross' as opposed to any Christian Army, then you would have to say that 'the greatest defeat of Islam' (against the Cross) was the capture of Jerusalem in 1099, just because there were so many reasons that they should have failed.

Only in that the Treaty of Versailles wasn't harsh enough. Germany brought it on itself, which, by the way, wasn't a purely French document anyway. The Entente powers all agreed on it.

William Pitt the Younger. In December 1998 he introduced the income tax to pay for the war against Napoleon. Although the Napoleonic wars have been over for 194 years, we are still paying for it.
