We're gonna do it like this, ALL CHARACTERS START WITH THE POINTS THEY HAD IN THE LAST VOTE OF ROUND ONE; which I think is the fairest way since some barely made it pass round 1 (Safe-Zone was at 22 in the first round so that's where they start off).
There are no sections this time, it has been split up so it's easier to read.
