I rather like her "Psiwitch" costume. A hood, mask over her face... nice look. Of course, they actually bothered to explain how characters can bend and twist in metal bodysuits. Also... Rob Liefeld made Deadpool and his costume (which are cool no matter what you think of Liefeld).

Questionnaire
Published (2009-12-13 18:22:00)
I began to doubt about the quality of the questionnaire when I read this: When you hear the name Disney, what do you think of? Resorts Films Merchandise Because, of course, if I hear 'Disney' I can't think about Disney characters, like Mickey or Donald, I can only think about the commercial aspects of the company. Right. And when I read this, I was definitely convinced that the questionnaire is not well done and stopped reading:...

Rogue never had a set costume really. I didn't care for that yellow and green outfit she wore in the nineties, but I love the green and white cloak and bodysuit she is sporting these days. http://i40.tinypic.com/25sr1n8.png

With a big fight. And Norman Osborn took the kill shot on the Skrull leader. It was not a one shot, but a crossover event. The main event took place in the Secret Invasion miniseries (8 issues),= with ancillary tie-ins to most of Marvel's ongoing titles, and several tie in miniseries and one-shots. Here's the complete check list: http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?t=211727 But if you want to read it, the only thing...

"You mean like the difference between, lets say, the Y: The Last Man series and a graphic novel like Kingdom Come?" Correct. "A commitment to cinema means to lead a technically deviant lifestyle."

99% of costumed heroes and villains look pretty silly. It's hard to pick just one as the worst. Any given Flash villain. For that matter, the Flash. Pretty much every X-Man. I've always found Gambit to be a particularly lame looking character.

The two bible's on the subject are Will Eisner's Comics and Sequential Art and Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics.
Eisner is considered the godfather of comics (the most well known award in the industry is named after him) and he was one of the first guys to actually teach a class at an art school about comics. Comics and Sequential Art is basically the class he taught in book form.

You must keep in mind that "mutants" as depicted in the X-Men comics and movies bear NO resemblance to actual mutation and evolution. Do not for a moment think that it is actual science. Contrary to the opening credits of X-Men 1, evolution NEVER "takes a giant leap forward", it is always gradual.
Now as with most sci-fi premises, good writers tend to avoid explaining it in too much detail, ...

Exactly. Then they try and make it so that was the point. Professor Zoom WANTED people to be upset at Barry for "cheapening" his own death. Ooh. Clever evil man.

A Deathlok comic that's enjoyable? Blasphemy!
But seriously, I'll give it a whirl. Deathlok was one of the greatest concepts by Marvel (cyborg zombie assassin from the future!) that somehow could never be written properly.
Now I have three sequels. Ho ho ho.

Here I go again lamenting about what an awful Storm we were handed.
She didn't majestically fly the way she did in those comics, and when she did, it was just to attack or it was a pitiful landing. Even Magneto got to fly around more than she did in the first movie.
On top of that, she didn't have a regional African accent for long and instead of researching the character to find out who ...
