I thought she was rather adorable. Very fitting actress to play the role. She didn't say or do anything annoying. Also...man, I really envy you if you think she's THE most annoying kid in any movie ever. Most movies turn children into smart mouthed, know it all brats with too much power. Of course there can. Its a sequel, calling it "Kill Bill Vol. 3" is simply referring to the last two movies, it doesnt have to refer to Bill himself.

I think Bill was trying to show how their daughter understood life & death (fish flapping on the carpet and a fish not flapping on the carpet). I guess he was building up to try and sugar coat explaining to BB how he shot her mother. ("I did to mommy what you did to Emilio). I dunno, that's just what I got from it. No. The second the dirt completely covered that makeshift coffin, realistically her fate would've been sealed. She would've suffocated within minutes (if not seconds), due to the lack of oxygen inside the box. And assuming she did break out of the coffin, the massive weight of dirt sitting on top of her would've all caved in at once, and she woud've either suffocated, or been crushed by the sheer...
