Hey, don't feel bad. It took months for The Velvet Rope to emerge as one of my favorites. I can now see the genius in it that even truly die hard fans still can't see. Well, Janet had that it factor like Michael. My mom thinks she can't sing but she can dance. Of course, everyone loves Michael more- his shadow is a hard thing to get out from under. Well, they tried to make you look broken . But not while I'm living .

As far as I know the Jackson tv show was planned before Michael passed away. I don't personally believe that Janet is milking his death. Jermaine and LaToya definitely are, IMO. Buddy: Does somebody need a hug?

She didn't lip sync, she was breathing hard throughout the performance you can hear it. Also the way she was singing during "Miss You Much" is proof she was singing live.
