Let's address the fact that Spielberg is so brilliant that he took a great premise(1941 and had the brilliant John Belushi as its star), but made one of the most unfunny films ever. Hook, Always, The Terminal, AI(wish Kubrick had lived long enough to make it), War of the Worlds, and his most recent Indiana Jones abortion all suck. Schindler's List worked well as a satire, but the unfunny Spielberg wasn't attempting satire. Also...
