I think she looks fine. If she wants to use plastic surgery that's her business. If she has used it, at least she looks pretty much like herself still (vs. other stars her age, that don't). I think what ages women the most is having to be so thin for movies, since the camera adds pounds. You end up having your face look older, so that your body looks thin enough on screen.

(i am mostly going by the most recent film i seen her in on my judgments of her which was 'Flawless' (2007)/'Mr Brooks' (2007)) because while you can tell she has aged since something like 'Ghost' (1990)/'A Few Good Men' (1992) if you really look at her now vs then she don't seemed to have aged to much and considering she's 47...
