What we need is a prosecutor to try you in court for nearly killing someone and causing them serious bodily harm. If the guy was smart he would at least hire a lawyer to try you civilly.

While watching the "Without a Paddle" movie commentary. The cast was talking about the weight Ethan Suplee had dropped. He played in that movie in 2004, so he must of started losing weight around 2003.

Move to Texas guys. It's legal to shoot trespassers. If someone breaks into your home, you have all the right in the world to blow him away. Honestly if I walked into my apartment and caught someone in there I probably would kill him just out of fear. Also I must say that this is an old law, similar to the law still in act in Texas that to cross into a new city, you must call the sheriff and be escorted in, but I don't think anyone...

Speaking from personal experience, I do feel the three thieves in the beginning of the film got what they deserved. The only injustice seemed to be the victim of the curb stomp. He was down and was not going to leave. If Derrick had been smart rather than vindictive, he would have held him at bay until the police arrived. I went through something similar. I kind of did a double take when I first saw the Seth character, can't belive that's Randy from My Name is Earl. I've never really noticed him in anything other than My Name is Earl before. He must have lost half his body weight over the last few years. Top film btw.

I am sorry to be semantical, but being Jewish, Italian or Catholic has nothing to do with ethnicity. In any event, I don't really see why it is odd that the president elect is not a decendent of slaves, or a Jew or an Italian. If you are going to break with tradition, why not go all the way!

I was reading some comments over at stormfront (a site which I completely dispise) out of curiosity, many of the racist posters on there say they have no problem with an Asian with a White person in a relationship, but NEVER a BLACK PERSON. My great grandfather was born in 1895 and served in WWI. He used racial slurs to describe black people, but he lived in a trailer court surrounded by poor black people. They were good friends with him. Believe it or not, I don't care. I saw it happen.

I have seen a couple of threads about " Skinheads today". But do they even still exist? Here in Sweden, gangs like that disappeared around the time this movie was released actually. After 2000, I haven't seen a gang at all in newspapers and so on. Nazis are nowadays more "civilised", and the movement is a lot bigger (since they get bigger support), but they just don't seem to cause troubles ...
