I'm not overly fond of either of
The Paradine Case or Under Capricorn, but both are worth seeing.
The Paradine Case was a troubled production. After Paradine, some of the key talent working for Selznick moved on to MGM and Warner Brothers. The visuals created for Hindley Hall are quite remarkable however, particularly when one begins to realize how much of those scenes are the work of matte...
