You really wouldn't want to see the "long" version then. I saw that on the net the other day and it REALLY goes on and on. LOL
Luckily I love this movie so it didn't bother me. But I could easily see why they pared it down for the theatrical release.
Look at it this way...at least NOTHING happened to
Dewey in the '80s, '90s or early 2000s. (at least that we saw besides him playing catch ...
