Have you seen Casino? What happens to Nicky Santoro and his brother seems like a pretty defining way to kill a person to "send a message," or to make them suffer. I would throw in a little disembowelment and castration, though, to make up for the stabbings. But baseball bat beatings would be the main focus.

AGREE ABOUT THE CAMERAS, LIKE DUH, ALL HE DID WAS LOOK AT EACH ON AND SAID "THERE FILMING US" HOW CHEESY..BY NOT COVERING THEM HE ALLOWED THE KILLER TO KEEP A CONSTANT EYE ON THEM AND WATCH THERE EVERY MOVE...AND THE TUNNEL SCENE?? A WASTE OF FILM...I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE GLASS FROM THE BROKEN MIRROR AND SPREAD IT ON THE GROUND AND COVERED IT W/DIRT IN HOPES THAT THEY KILLERS CUT THE *beep* OUT OF THERE HANDS WHILE...

Hitting on the backwoods gas station guy in front of your husband? You obviously didn't understand what was going on. She was not flirting with the gas station attendant. She was very disappointed with her husband at the time (taking the wrong road and getting them lost etc) and seeing that gas station attendant who seemed more knowledgeable and knows what the heck he was doing, she was relieved and happy to see a man who can handle...

I didn't catch this the first time I watched the movie. The reason the hotel didn't take credit cards was so the victims could not be traced there.

i love you guys, love all of you!!! i always though it was only me who would have done everything better than every damn second movie character. but now i see that many others think like i do and i have to admit, im freakin glad you do! so there are many mediocre movies. cheap movies in which the good ones try to fight/defend/escape the bad ones. and act like total dumbasses. of course they win in the end, but how they behave is just plain...

Alright, I'm a sophmore in college now and my freshman year it was a winter night and driving down to my house which is about 4 hours away and i notice this car following me and its speeding up next to me but it has tented windows, at first i thought it was a guy screwin around so i give him the finger but then he starts honking at me and follows me for about an hour and a half. I then decide to lose this guy so i go into this smallish...

The whole movie all I could do was think of various ways to take those *beep* out. All the masked dudes had were knives, and luke also had a knife, a prison shank. He could have taken out one of those drawers from the dresser and used it as a shield of some sort and cut them DEEP. Also used that shower rod AND the towel holder for long range weapons against the knives. And ...

I had something (kinda) similar happen to me about 2 years ago. Nothing to do with the snuff part, but the break in stuff. I was working in a very run down very large building with boarded up windows, etc late one night. The traffic was terrible so I had special hours, I went in late and left late. I went down the corridor to go to the ladies room, and heard men breaking into ...

Even though I am glad they both died, brutally, at the end...I would have preferred it if Kate Beckinsdale had stabbed them both to death, with their own knives. In the room...It would have been fitting. I mean it made me happy to see Ethan Embry's character die heinously. However, it was just too quick.

This movie was so dull. I was expecting something good, but it turned out very flat and I'm sorry, but Kate Beckensale's acting was absolutely terrible. She wasn't convincing in the least. At least Liv Tyler did a better acting job than her. The movie consisted of them doing absolutely nothing and then when finally something exciting happened, it only lasted for 5 minutes and the film ended. ...

We've all been through rough times, some worse than others, but it is our responsibility as adults to learn and grow from these experiences, even if it's as severe as losing a child. Why would the mother of a dead child treat the man she is supposed to love with such contempt and disrespect? I wanted to backhand her throughout the entire movie. It's a d.amn good thing she's hot, because...

Towards the end of the movie David puts Amy up in the roof and tells her to be quiet. Then the killers stab him and then leave him. What I don't understand is that if their intention was to kill them, why didn't they check to see if David was dead or not? They left him there and then went looking for Amy.

I mean, when Amy goes all Selena was pretty stupid, and what they had David do... I would've really liked him to be the hero, especially because he was the better person, and the more intelligent one. Doug Roberts: What do they call it when you kill people? The Towering Inferno
