Someone REALLY needs to explain to the writers and director of this idiotic movie that chimpanzees are APES, not monkees. This is not a small distinction. Chimps are much more intelligent, which is why Nasa used one for the US space program. Hal's descendant could not possibly be a circus monkey. But hey, what do kids know, right? It's so absurd, I'm almost speechless.

Then see this trash. JUST IN Keith Richards brain surgery: No brain found only a couple Charlie Watts jazz CDs.

In its opening weekend space chimps got 7.4m and was #7 overall at the boxoffice! unlike other movies kung fu panda and wall-e each won their opening weekend with a total of 60m and this movie is nowhere close!
