No. Sixteen year olds can be with anyone as old as Twenty Three. Eighteen year olds can be with Sixty year olds, if they like. It's the law. And, I believe, unless the person is under 16, if he/she gives consent, they can *beep* whoever. Not saying I'm going to, but it's all about choice. And who says a teenager (18, or 19) can't fall in love with a person in their forties? God forbid, I exude confidence and enjoy sex.
