Whatever they've got planned they've had planned for a while. I don't think they give two hoots about stress from fans, especially not at this stage of the game.

ER vs. the real Emergency Room
Published (2008-11-16 12:19:00)
In the ER where I worked: --There were many drug-seeking and mentally ill patients, and sometimes they had to be restrained, but there were never any shootings or stabbings in the ER. --Most of the staff were average-looking and did not look like t-v stars --Helicopters landed on our hospital roof and never did they land on a person --Most staff were married or in relationships and did not date other ER staff (flirting, however, did occur)...

Back during Season 1, when both he and Chen were first-year interns, and Chen accidentally shocked him with defibrulator paddles, LOL..... If people never started wearing shoes, ingrown toenails would not exist. Think about it.

ya know I loved Neela in the beginning but now they have made her boring. Sam is ok but never really was one of my favs. She does have a lot of issues and acts bit**y to people sometimes. Abby rocks!! I miss Maura and the character of Abby

I know in Thursday's episode there were a ton of clues as to where it would be had it been in Season 8. (Mark getting chemo, not living with Elizabeth) But where exactly would it go? I'm thinking it's between "Bygones" and "Orion in the Sky"?

I think all the hype about Anthony Edwards' return kind of set me up with the wrong expectations. The first half of the episode was excruciating because I didn't want to spend half an hour watching some new intern (whom I don't care about at all) struggling over some old woman's death. I kept watching the clock, thinking, "Well, there goes another ten minutes, and still no old characters." The...

A lot of people tend to accuse Abby of ruining the show, by making it "The Abby Hour", but as bad as she was, I found Neela and Sam to be much worse. In Neela's case, she was and still is boring. She doesn't have a personality, always leading her life by the men in her life. It didn't take her that long to get married and then date a number of men. Sam is another repetition of Carol, the ...

My age is 17 and i have been watching since 2003. My thought: there is a reason why ER is an award winning show and has been running for a record breaking 15 Season !!!! the storyline never once got boring and the actors are just god-send !!! seriously pratt ? sam ? abby ? etc etc. they are all pro actors, and i am sure if they were to play a part in a real standalone movie blockbuster ...

When I was watching last night, I felt awful for Banfield, but I think it mostly how bad I felt for Dr. Greene. He sounded so..sick, and the whole exchange with Romano, and him constantly gripping his head. I don't know about you, but I cried more for Dr. Greene than for Dr. Banfield. How about you? "Im starting to think ER stands for Everyone's Retarded" -Dr. Romano

I would like to see William H. Macy come back. And Michael Ironside. I always like their characters. Or maybe Ron Eldard. Of course they'd have to figure a new story line for them, since they've been gone for so long. But those three, are the ones I'd like to see again.

I really haven't watched ER for the past few years. The first 8-9 seasons of this show created brilliant drama. I really haven't been into any of the recent cast members throughout the past few years. Dr. Greene was easily my favorite character and I am so stoked for his brief return. It should hopefully be a good, nostalgic episode and it could actually give ER some good ratings for once. ...
