Absurd, yet comical question, no? I wonder what I'll do with my name after January 20, 2009 when Democracy returns.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in other topics but... 28 Days Later was i guess set in roughly 2002 to 2003 and the sequel was set 28 weeks after or roughly 7 months after which would make it mid 2003... that stadium wasnt built for another 3 years... so unless the FA contracted the "zombies" to build it (in my opinion would have been faster) the helicopter would have landed on ...

OK, I want to say here and now I have nothing against Americans whatsoever, this is just me pointing out and saying something about British films. But why is it that the sequal to a very good British film, all of a sudden the big bad Americans are the ones to come and save the day? It's similar to another Brit film - Dog Soldiers. The 1st one was a complete Brit film, and now in the ...

Towards the end, the part when Scarlet and the kids are going through the dark subway... How she tries to guide them along the walls and over bodies on the floor. She keeps yelling out things and shouting at them to stop, and it's so funny how Tammy freaks out. haha Well I found it funny anyway. The Apple Scruffs Corps, 07 " Love one another"

I haven't seen the movie in a while but something that really bothered me in this movie is the military contingency plan. First off... Couldn't they build sturdier doors for the damn contingency area?!? It got broke down by ONE infectee! The rage doesn't give superhuman powers so an infectee cannot be any stronger than a regular human, they're just crazy violent. But anyway... You know ...

I can't believe people don't worship the opening scene of this film the way I do. I found it so powerful the first time I saw it in the theater. The pulsating music combined with the shaking camera and the incredible intensity make it one of my fav horror scenes of the last many years.

I don't understand why everyone keeps speaking about Alice and Don making up in the hospital. To me it seemed quite obvious she was infecting him on purpose - she knows she has the virus and she knows she would give it to him. She gives him a kiss of death to repay for him leaving her alone and running away as is shown in a flashback. This is why he attacks her then, too - for guilt but...

In the original, 28 Days Later, the 'creatures' were infected with rage, causing them to still be human, but very irrational and violent. In 28 Weeks Later, the same virus is spread, but there is a huge ploy. In the scene with the helicopter in the field (approx. halfway into the movie) the propeler blades slice the beings into many pieces, and some in half. The ones that are cut ...

When I first saw this movie and I saw Don leave Alice behind, I thought, "What a coward!" But now I'm not so sure. Look at the situation: the infected were between Don and Alice in that room. Don's probably thinking, "She's as good as dead, I have a chance to get away. If I try to save her, I'll get infected and our kids will lose both parents." The expression on his face ...

Can anyone explain what happened at the end? 1) Did the two children and the army survive? They only showed the helicopter without any passengers at the end. 2) How did the virus spread to Paris? didn't explain at all. Well, the ending points to a third movie. 28 months later? Infecting the whole world? Maybe the 4th and last movie would be 28 years later. This time, the ...

I've heard alot of questions and comments so far that are good. My issue with the movie: When the military takes Alice into custody and it is revealed that not only does her blood have a cure, she is carrying the virus, they do nothing to secure her. There are no gaurds around her and a building caretaker had access to her room. This whole mess would have been avoided if a ...

I'm just curious regarding the sibling relationships Andy and his sister had. While I personally believe Americans are pretty good at some things, our family bond isn't one of them lol. So I was really surprised when andy sister slept with him in the same bed because he was having nightmares. I was like, is that normal in britain? Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic thing. But mostly ...
