I believe you have to activate the console right across from where you go into the circle area.

I'm definitely throwing my gauntlet into the ring for the Enclave. I'm free pretty much every evening, but this friday is impossible for me. Maybe Saturday.

It is at the very end of the Holding Cells section, in a room beside the door leading to Steamworks. This area should still be accessible even if you already finished the whole thing, I just went back myself to find anything I missed :P

There aren't any other androids that we know of besides those two. I think there's been speculation that Victoria Watts is an android, but that's just baseless.

What does he say to you? To kill all the supermutants? I'd go through carefully and make sure you got them all. And you're crazy for only having one save. I used like 70 saves slots for this game.
