Make sure you have the current version of the masstagger component. Auto track number prompts you for an album separation pattern and writes totaltracks accordingly. You can also use auto track number in the properties dialog, which groups by folders by default.

This pattern itself seems flawed: $replace(%path%,'D:\Music',) %path% contains whole path like "D:\Music\Artist\Album\Track.mp3", but File Operations add extension on their own, so you'll end up with "\Artist\Album\Track.mp3.mp3". You'd have to use something like this instead: $replace($directory_path(%path%),D:\Music,)%filena me%...
