What ACTUALLY truly really happened with AT&T's Medianet service on
November 13th? Have NEW CUSTOMERS been able to activate Medianet for Unlimited? Have EXISTING CUSTOMERS been able to renew Medianet for Unlimited? Thank you....

I tried to upgrade
Opera Mini this morning but got "download failed". Tried again and again and again. Still no luck. I tried downloading it directly. Same problem. I called ATT and was told that it was just a "technical glitch". Yeah, right!. First they screw us out of MediaNet while telling everyone that they are doing no such thing and NOW they appear to be hacking and slashing ...

I will be travelling to the USA with an Unlocked
Motorola RAZR in December. Is it possible to buy a SIM card down there and get a CHEAP plan to use while I'm in the USA for two weeks? Any suggestions?

I know a few years ago they were unlocked and I purchased a gophone at Walmart and was able to swap back and forth between the Gophone Sim and my T-Mobile sim. Are they still this way. Specifically wondering about the

I'm a little confused by the recent data changes for the AT&T plans. I used to us
gophone on an 8125 and just pay the data at the .01/kb price. That's what AT&T's website still lists on their gophone page tonight. It would save me money in the long run if I could ditch my monthly plan and just buy the phone and switch to the prepay GoPhone plan. Can I still use as much data as I...

I occasionally travel to Canada on business or pleasure. Normally use a Canadian Fido prepaid sim chip or
international callback sim chip in my unlocked phone, or a calling card on a landline phone. May be letting Fido card lapse at end of year, and looking for a reasonably priced wireless alternative. AT&T used to offer prepaid service in Canada with the discontinued ...

We've been arguing over "unlimited" data offering. If you do data, you ought to have an idea how much is plenty and/or livable for your usage. What would that number be? Running on "unlimited" and just almost
going bananas, I hit almost 500 megs one month. Could be reasonably contented with 100 megs, but would like to see a gig offered at the $10 price point. Of course ...

I did a search and I really didn't find the answer I was looking for. I currently have some Motorola candy bar style phone with
PAYG. I read that you can switch to PYP at anytime but can you do it in the store or do you have to do it over the phone? I would really rather like to pay it upfront myself instead of over the phone or they take it from my card. Also if I bought another ...

Hello all... Has anybody been able to update the phone software on a NOKIA 6126 from the
Over the Air interface? How about via cable? Could this be done if phone was sent in for warranty repair? Also would this update help with any issues such as the earpiece volume lowering itself while on a call? Thanks to all for your help in advance.
