[SI.com] Brooks Helps Fuel Rockets
Published (2009-11-28 00:33:00)
I didn't read the article, but the title is spot on. For the Rockets to be any good, Brooks has to be a more potent offensive player. He's been piss-poor the last two games, and the Rockets don't have enough otherwise to make up for it against good teams.

Haha the timing of the article is pretty comical. Brooks has shown flashes of brilliance but his inconsistency is hurting us.

iverson is too small to play adelman's offense. with tracy, he can play high/low post, or curl around screens, or play the pick and roll.
tracy will be back very soon so this is moot.

Why OKC does it
This really depends on what position you think is best suited for Kevin Durant. If you think Durant...

Mavs were just knocking everything down. You can't help that. I didn't think the Rockets gave so much a horrible effort as the Mavs were just lighting it up. This team relys so much on the fast break for points that when the other team is shooting a high percentage, it takes a major strength away and relegates the Rockets to a half court team--which they've shown they're not a good half court...
