This is something that I have noticed from the report. Before the boom there always appeared to be a big difference between the prices in and around Belfast and those west of the Bann, as one would expect. For some reason Magherafelt and Coleraine seemed to be excluded from this.
However, during the boom this differentail seemed to close and both land and houses were as expensive in Enniskillen...
