Little bit on house prices in the Chron last night as well. They're reporting the amazing fact that, according to research from Nationwide, houses in the catchment areas of good schools may attract a premium on price. Well I never! Who would have thought it? Praise be to Nationwide for such clever research. They quoted a few local estate agents, most of whom say 'Yes! Its true!', apart from one numpty...
