Thanks for the info, ladies! I live about 5 minutes from MI so I'll make at least one trip.

Gosh, I really dislike Kmart (except when they have doubles, of course). Their customer service is a freaking joke and I swear *I* know more about their policies and what not than all the cashiers combined. Not that it says much!

I think the person to ask is a manager. I mention this because I once asked a cashier if their restaurant honored their coupons which had expired. She looked at me like I was from Mars, as in "Why would we ever honor an expired coupon???" Well, I asked to speak to the manager and he said, "Yes, we honor our coupons which have expired." That cashier was next to the manager and she got an education that day....

For any of you that think your stores dont double, go check it out anyway .. they may not be aware.. the registers are programmed to only take 5 per transaction when you use this reward card. anyone have any word on the next doubling??

I called the very coupon friendly KM about an hour away (12804 zip) and asked if they were doubling this week. The CSM said "Nope. Not for the rest of the year." BUT - Now with the confusion over the cards and what not, I'm wondering if I should drive all that way, just to check. Any guesses as to if the card means you can automatically double at stores which regularly do not?
