I dont think that is a bad price. The way the coupons go, you never know what will be good. I normally get the ragu at Wags when it is on a good RR special. I have the same problem and my GE only carries the Marcel Napkins.

I have to actually take him to school, get the babies out of the car and drop him off to his classroom. I think buckling/unbuckling the babies is the worst part. Brendan is too afraid to walk in with any other mom, so I can sometimes find another mom to watch them long enough to drop him off.
