Well I got a chance to ride last Saturday. All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference in throttle response and the nice rumble. Not ear shattering loud but a nice deep rumble. Now if I get on it then it barks. Now I can finaly hear my bike. If you are not into loud I highly recomend the Road Burner with SLT or the H&K Res-Tech

I have the Street Pro's with SLT on my 1300C..came with caps and removable baffles...rode the bike once without the baffles...for 20 minutes..hurt my ears, so the baffles are back in.

I looked into the HK restech pipes and found out that the Road Burner Road Pro W/SLE are the same pipes. HK is a little longer than the Road Burner. I have an 1800N so the HK would have stuck out too far past my rear fender. The HK should look good on your R. I just put on the RB w/SLE on my 1800N and it sounds great. Not loud but a nice rumble. I have yet to ride becauce of the weather but...

The full system is a pretty big undertaking. Check this thread - it concerns a full R to C swap on an 1800. http://www.vtxcafe.com/showthread.php?t=37742 Good luck!

Yes they should fit. The T and the R are the same bike. The T stands for touring package. So the T is an R with a touring package on it. Call your dealer to see if any changes have been made where the exhause mounts on an 03 to an 07. I do not think there where any.

Does anyone have the HK Restech pipes? Pros/Cons?? I am not into loud but a nice deep rumble. HK has a great reputation and the look great on the 1800n. Any input would be a helpfull. Thanks! __________________ Honda Neo tall backrest, Honda saddle bags, Motolight caliper mount brushed finish ...

What do the pipes look like in the rear? Do they have the black cover plate like the 07' C?
