i got a question for gc's. since i use to own tein basics coil's, there was a way to stop it from going to low and going out of the ridges if you wanted to dump it. in the gc's, theres only one piece that control it up or down, if you go all the way down does it fall off the ridges? just curious, i have a problem with mine if i try to turn it, it turns the whole perch

So if i was just looking into adjusting the height of my car, i should just get the ground controls? &If i was looking into performance wise, ground control coilovers with Koni yellow struts?

Warning: They make two different sets of ground control sleeves. One is meant for stock struts and the other is meant for koni applications. Plan and spend your cash wisely.

wow that lude is amazing lol. yea the only reason why i have these questions is i found a pretty good deal on a set and i just want to know the pros and cons of a bigger wheel. anybody else have a say?

hey so i know they sell different coil over sets for both stock and koni strut set ups, my question is whats the difference. cuz i have ground control coil overs on my lude with the stock struts right now. would they still be useable if i bought a set of koni yellows? why or why not? Hey what's going on, i was wondering how i can go lower in the fronts because i maxed out the lower mount and there is no more thread left to go lower. i am kinda hesitant to mess with the springs and the preload. Any ideas? Thanks

Im talking about track time. What kind of spring rates are you using, what do you love or hate about them. Any info. I do not care about how low your car is on them, or if your using any other shock with them ( I have GC's with agx's and I'll never go back because they ate the shocks to fast ) Im really looking for the advice of one member on here that has a white 5th gen that he races.

Okay... I've had intentions of starting this thread for over a year now, but I was too lazy to dig out my scanner... I finally did it. I have SPC balljoints -1.5 to +1.5 and I'm lowered 1.7F and 1.5R on NS sports on KYB AGXes with ES poly bushings all round and strut bars...
