? $53.77. for direct fit, i'd pay that. I guess if the ebay ones are having fittment issues you could just drill a hole and bolt it on.

you have USDM fogs, which are the round capsule dealios. they were an OEM option from factory. the ones that fill in the entire hole under the bumper signal are JDM foggies.

sand it so it is just surface rust, any thick bits of rust will get the surface to turn black but then chip off. This also works well for prep before painting the pipes if you want another color besides black. Just realize, it will only turn the rusty parts black and the normal steel will stay the same color.

Hmm, when i hear 'grind' i'm thinking possibly a synchro issue, not sure that the short shifter has much to do with it, i've driven an mr-2 & an integ with short shifters & 'never' had a grinding issue, now some kits require you to trim or shave around the shifter frame for more clearance so that the shifter doesn't push against the surface

Over 90% of the Preludes that are on the Auto-X scene use Koni Yellows and Ground Control coilover sleeves. This is the setup I will be purchasing...when I eventually get around to it.
But as for exactly what is streetable, that's entirely up to you. Some people are willing to take a stiffer ride because the handling is better, yet others who drive long distances over roads with questionable...
