Hey guys! i new in town
Published (2009-11-28 17:32:00)
i'm not too familiar with the insides of the door in a lude because the need open mine up has yet to arise..however if its like most cars there is a metal track attatched to the bottom of the window with some plastic pieces that the arms of the motor attach to..and those could be broken so that the arms are no longer attached...haha don't quote me, i don't know if thats how a lude is....its a common problem though.

I'm junking the idea of a race car and thinking restoring it my own way. Everything is still there so it shouldn't be to hard just lots of odds and ends. The egine will need to be rebuilt ...

Well if I remember correctly, Mulrich has ebay coils...So if your looking strictly for looks and not really performance I guess that would be a good option...They're cheap too.

its pretty straight forward to change, unbolt the 2 fuel lines on top, then i think there is one 10mm bolt that holds the stap on around it...
you're probally going to run into problems getting the two banjo bolts out the top of it because of how flemsy the bracket for the fuel filter is, i usually take mine off with the impact gun to keep from pulling the bracket off the fire wall... but ...
