very bad gas mileage

you need to reset the ecu after plugging everything back in. warm up the engine, turn off, then disconnect the battery. reconnect, start car, and let it idle 15 mins without any accessories or pressing gas. then turn off. you may want to clean the intake system parts and idle valves before doing the idle learn as well, and make sure the TB and other gaskets are sealing properly.

Was the old bulb open or is it o.k. ?? Which bulb high beam or low ?? You could try gently moving the socket/connector while the problem bulb should be on and watch for it to flicker or try to work.

sounds like you are running too rich (too much fuel, too little air). im not sure where to start, maybe check the usual maintenance items like plugs, air filter, intake system parts (make sure they are cleaned up), injectors may not be spraying properly. try the gas and oil additives in my sig below

well the main relay can be opened up to check the solder joints, and if needed, resolder them properly. it seems like ignition problem tho check the rotor and make sure its tight and secure and there is no black stuff on the contacts. fuel sender should not affect how the car runs, only what the gauge displays. unless you have fuel pump issues and pressure is low. but then the car would drive ...

yikes, you can try a product called meguiars scratch-x which will gently polish the paint back up as best as possible. if it still doesnt look right, then a body shop will need to repaint that section and blend with surrounding areas. some of that area where the white is showing (no paint) will stay like that. the rest seems like you may be able to buff out.

lol 30k miles is a major service interval. you should get the trans fluid changed, brake fluid is every 3 yrs independent of mileage, power steering if it looks dirty, coolant (you could stretch to 4-5 yrs), and air filter if you havent done it within a year.
