Spoilers
Published (2009-11-24 16:57:00)
i dont like most spoilers cause they are very heavy, require drilling holes (if you mess up or dont want a spoiler later, youre stuck), and need upgraded trunk shocks to support the extra weight.

rattling noise at about 3000+ revs
Published (2009-11-22 17:40:00)
I heard a similar noise coming from under neath the car. I would only hear it at certain RPM's like you say. I put my car on ramps and noticed that the heat shield on my cat was the culprit. The only way for me to fix it was to bend the metal back so I wouldn't get metal on metal contact or replace the cat. I decided since the cat isnt bad do just bend the heat shield and it worked.

Steering at H/way speeds
Published (2009-11-22 17:40:00)
As an fyi, when i did a detailed inspection underneath, ended up replacing the axle (torn CV boot) , steering rack boot (also torn), drivers side ball joint and both tie rods. So far so good. Taking it on a long road trip today - we'll see how that goes. Peace Out!

Help! 94 civic and stuck at work
Published (2009-11-20 17:40:00)
About a week ago when the car got below 1/4 of a tank it didnt want to start, after 4 or 5 tries it finally did. Filled it up and no problems. Today it didnt want to start again with 3-4 gallons still in tank. figured fuel pump issues. Trying to start car no pump kicking on. After 10-12 tries I could hear relay behind glove box or in engine bay kick on, then fuel pump relay (replaced a month ago)under fuse box kicked on and car...

probably suspension related. make sure your stuff is tight like tie rods and control arms, and have the alignment checked. something seems like its loose and could cause a big problem later.

Hi procivic has some good exhausts....they are reasonably priced as well. I am too looking for an exhaust system without spending too much.

Well, I'd generally like to just weld on a good muffler that can quiet the noise rather than replacing anything. And when I looked up that Apexi WSII, it wasn't exactly cheap...Anyone know of anything else?
