I would not recommend touching the fuel pressure unless you are being limited by your fuel injectors. what is your exact setup, your current power, and your future power goal? just remember, jsut cuz it exists or is from a big brand name, doesnt mean you need it.

The manifold will decrease your low end power, and increase your peak top end...you'll feel it in the last 1000rpm or so...but it will bog a bit down low. Stock fuel rails are good to triple your stock power, and with those basic bolt-ons, dialing in the best AFR possible won't do much for you.
