Hi All: I was asked by Sean Carney (sean carney blues band) to submitt a song for an upcoming christmas cd whose profits go towards a cure for cancer. The request came in today and I got right on it. I did 6 songs. I have 2 weeks to send one in. I figure by then I may well have a complete christmas cd of my own I am asking people to check out my myspace page and let me know on this thread,...

Here is a song that I wrote in the early 1990's, I've rerecorded all the tracks and added a section. I'll redo the lead guitar track-I just through them on this afternoon, and the bass line might also get redone. Guess you would say it's a song about human nature. It's called Siren Song. Apart from previous comments concerning intrumentation.....crank the vocal up a notch or two.......IMO. Good stuff, Rok!

Sounds great - the vocals are especially nice. Has its own kind of Brit flavor Beatle-esque in a way. The mix sounds good - no problems there. I like the leads you've done on this too.... Overall a super piece....
