The more I thought about it, the more I felt a moral imperative to correct those wheels and get the hood flat painted. After all, I was bothered by the wrong wheels on the Slot.it Mazda 787B and fixed them, so I should get the correct, if ugly, wheels on that Camaro, and that bright shiny hood is ridiculous. So the closest I could get to the flat spoked yellow wheels was the wheels from a Scaley Audi TT. They are painted Camel yellow, with...

For those of you who haven't tried it, the Silhouette is a monstrously fast car, and has lots of potential to be one of the quickest runners in the stable. Good tires would help this car a lot, so this announcement is really good news. In fact, I have my Silhouette with me for racing tonight...

The 406 Coupe is no slacker either. It turned very quick no mag times on ddykes rally track even on stock tires.

You must have had a special one, Ken -- they had trouble with the fit of the interior, and it bowed down onto the top of the motor. Good driver, though, once that was sorted out! I knew about the problem before I bought it, but I didn't have any trouble with it. Must have got a good one.

G'day H, I'd heard about this one, but put it down to wishful thinking (silly me), its good to see Scalextric catering for Aussie motorsport enthusiasts in this way, quite gratifying! The annual Bathurst race itself is awesome, 1000km of bump and grind, the ultimate tintop endurance race in the world, a real blokes race..... Harry, I found this site a little while back, an excellent site regarding our "homegrown"...

Those Ninco 1 Meganes look great, and that hideous Ford GT is on reserve.
Still don't know what to make of that Corvette.

Hi Matt, I really don't see an issue using Excel 2007. I have Excel 2003 and have no problem exporting the race results.

Most likely the motors in the COTS are the Rx42 instead of the RX42B like in the early versions. The later releases are ok, but most need a motor change to be
competitive.
I don't have an issue here with the cornering, but then again when we race, we keep it brand specific when we can. Loosen up the body mount screws to add a
little float...that helps a bunch.

They're just a little lighter gray than the white/blue one. I've been thinking about putting a bright silver rim on them. I've never seen an
all-gray wheel in my life, as far as I can remember.
