you'd write it the same as your blue book. if i was in your shoes on app id never sdor cos you've pulled across 3 lanes to SDOR. you wouldn't SDOR Natural History Museum on Cromwell Rd. I know theres no restrictions but on roads like that be sensible. in the real world you'd go past do a u turn SDOL. gl

Think you're allowed to use Dowgate to set down a point but can't use it as a turnaround I'd be tempted to SDOR before the traffic island and explain to examiner "I can either SDOR or I can add another couple of quid on the meter by going round Friday St"

I've been out. Most of the roads are fine. Only tricky bit for me is getting from my front door to the nearest main road (I just wheel it on the pavement really slowly). After a heavy snow, I usually give it a day to thaw out then I'm back out. Hoping to pop out this afternoon. If you're in any doubt, don't risk it. Get no points for being a hero in icy weather.

Sorry to hear about your cold feet Tel. Had the same problem, untill i brought a pair of ANTIFREEZE socks. Triple layered in the most important parts.still wear a pair of normal socks underneath ....Found them on the net
