Pam, gosh I am sorry to hear of the bite. Little bugger. They are cute but I have heard they do bite. And when they do, they do NOT let go!!! I take care of ferrets at work fairly often. This is the first time one ever *attacked* me, and it was not provoked in any way. It was loose in the room, running around with his partner, playing behind me while I was cleaning...

Im not sure which is lunch and which will be supper..but I am using creative ways with turkey..lol..One meal will be turkey bar b que on buns (great if you have never tried it..debone and simmer with your fave sauce) along with homemade french fries. I did some shopping today. I bought some clothes for myself :) Also I went to Dwyer doll house here, bought sweet pea a Madam alexander doll, and HAD to buy pjs and another dress for her, couldnt forget the ruffled tights.. It is great that you can sew carol. My cousin is a designer and at her studio she gives lessons in dress making, knitting and painting, etc.... I am going to be a student there in January. I just wasnt sure what the heck to use Lemon Curd for? I love lemon curd. I use it for a filling in a couple of coffee cake recipes I make. lol that so reminds me of the first time we went tent camping (and the last). it was so cold that the water bucket was frozen in the morning. Maybe nothing ;-) Today is the day the gas company is "supposed" to rip out the heating system and start replacing it. We may not have heat tonight. So.......if that is the case, we might go out. I'm scheduled to work 11-5 today. Exhausted as I am, I'm hoping to get out earlier.
