Those look great, Eric. I especially like the direction you're going w/that Klingon design. Is that original by you? Or is that someone elses design? Regardless, really like how it looks thus far.

The size of the Romulan ship in the old "3 Spaceship Set" is supposed to be the same as the other ships in the kit- 1/1600.

I'm impressed by how quickly you built up that kit and how good it looks now that it is done! Great job!

I don't know if I can match Maria Sharapova, my nose art doesn't even come close. Still some cleaning up to do and I could have put on twice as many decals but had to draw the line somewhere. After so many lights and access panels it just starts to look cluttered. For a while there I was afraid that the nose cone looked too much like one of the Spy vs, Spy characters from MAD magazine, another contemporary staple of my childhood....

Oooh, kewel! I like Peter Jurasik! I can't think of a role I've seen him in that I didn't like - even tho one or two of the shows were kinda forgetful. I've always heard good stuff about him being very fan-friendly. We gotta get Jon Kunatz (from Starship Modeler) to talk to him. I want to hear Jurasik use his Londo voice and call him "Cabin Boy Vir!" .

The other side. Zinc Chromate applied to the snakes. The base with everything painted in various enamel paints, but not glued on. I applied a black wash to all surfaces using Games Workshop Acrylic Bedab Black Wash then glued on the parts this morning before going to the library. I looked back, and I don't see any demands being made...only a discussion of the different miniatures and how the new J2 kit could be modified By the BUILDER to resemble those different appearances! If any thing it would sell more J2's, even Gary the designer was involved in the discussion! There is a always going to be information flowing that doesn't "directly" pertain to the model in any ...

This is a start to my model of the Bridge of a Constitution Class starship from TOS Star Trek. This kit was purchaced in 1991 on a trip I took as a kid to California. I had glued the floor sections together some time in the 1990's and painted the carpet to match the red/brown on the box art. I also painted the figures with the old Testor's Flat black that never dried. (Some ...
