I was thinking maybe in one mission your target is a heavy smoker, and he goes to a specific area every once in a while to smoke.You could go into the room and tinker with a fuse box to shut off the lights.There is also some kerosine in there(Can't be explained but I'm sure someone can come up with something) you can douse the entrace near the door, so when the target comes in and can't turn on the light will decide to light up...

I did a few quick searches and came up empty, so this might actually be a fresh suggestion (though I doubt it, I'm assuming I just couldn't find the thread). Basically, I figure they should ditch the news papers and go for news reports instead. After a mission we'd see part of a news show, namely the part where they cover the death of our target(s). If we managed to make it look like an accident it might be something like:...

I don't know. The newspaper and its many side articles had the advantage of making the plot and subplots progress additionally to describing your last mission. To cover the same amount of story with a cutscene, each news report would need a second headline to accompany the first. For example, you kill a witness under the witness protection program, the first headline describes your hit, the second describes how an asshole was acquitted...

That would be cool but it should probably be limited to only a level or two or something otherwise it'd be too easy to shoot someone and get away with it. Not quite sure how it'd be implemented though.

you can pick up bodies and still be able to fire a shot just like when you're dragging a body.. A cool way to kill someone for me would be.. incredibly improved graphics and animation death scenes including new features such as: Body dismemberment - blowing people up without them flying around but actually blowing them up to pieces Dynamic blood system - fire a 9mm bullet between his eyes and watch the blood poor out a little Shatterable...
