Aw, hi. I'm new too, and I'm sorry that you find yourself here! It makes sense that your first sore would flare up when you're sick; the virus attacks when your immune system is vulnerable. I'll give you the advice that was given to me: focus on getting yourself physically better first. The life stuff will feel less overwhelming when you're healthy again. I hope you feel better soon.
