The music is tremendous. Love that part of the album.
Vocally not my bag at all. Have never been a big fan of the
bellowing style of vocals.

I stumbled upon Northwinds by accident about a year ago or so. And they mesmerised me immediately. They have, indeed, created an amazing sound. Especially on
Great God Pan. Somehow the band comes across to me as great traditional doom mixed with folk influences.

I used Dime all through College and bought over 1000 cdrs at least. I downloaded itunes and it fucked up all
my Bit Torrent programs.
It is all shows and taper friendly artists so it is "guilt free" downloading. If a band doesn't like it they are added to a "No" list. No commercially available material is ever used. The Mods cut tracks off "boots" because they were put on a new release or ...

somebody outside the habitual heavy scene here suddenly started talking to me about TGoS or Lord Vicar I'd probably have a fucking stroke.
On a lighter note, the Taxi I took last saturday had Sabbath's Sabotage on the stereo. Old guy driving. I'll settle for that!
