Anthony Braxton: One of the greats of 20th c. composition, jazz or otherwise, and a genius on the saxophone. His discography is vast and keeps growing.

How's 'S.D.' coming? Is it out? Am I

Hello friend!
Wow...that is so cool of you to upload those scans. Thank you! I remember that article well. It's always good to become reacquainted with someone who has been into this music for so long.
Welcome to Hellride!

Lee chose the "Salvation's Answer"
album cover, and to this day I don't know the source. When we received copies of the record, that was the first time we had seen the cover art. I think I remember him saying the image was from a book...but that's all I know. Maybe someone should ask him? I haven't heard from him in a few years.
Cheers,

Oh yes. Spectre is just one of the most
