Tico, I believe all the major brands have expensive test strips. Walmart has a relion meter and I understand that the test strips are much less expensive. Word of mouth is that it is very reliable and does a good job. Loretta -- I

I got my two for free, came with s few free strips. The meters were free, not the strips. Need RX for them, some insurance pays for them. Check the web maybe you could get one like that. We have discussed this before ya know The RDA is around 60 gr protein
per day for average sized females. That is grams of protein not grams of
the food itself. So 60 gr protein isn't a 60 gr piece of steak or whatever.
The protein is in the steak not the steak itself, make sense? I think you
totally misunderstood what you were told a while back by the doc or
