Curcumin Combats Cancer

The problem with "Curcumin is that it is very poorly absorbed from the gut. So having some in the usual spice source is not very effective for that reason and for the purposes suggested as it is a minor part of curry powder. There is one substance often found in the kitchen which greatly increases its absorption and would best be used in the refined "Curcumin form.. Now why didn't you ask what common substance promotes...
