Hello, You definitely need to get more information about this cyst. Get a copy of the radiology report. This will indicate what type of cyst you have. A simple, fluid filled, thin walled cyst (even of this size) is not an indication for surgery (although I am not familiar with your age or family history so this may have to be considered as well). A cyst that has solid components can normally be addressed in further detail by the radiologist .....

I keep reading that women get their periods 12 to 16 days after they ovulate (so using January 1st as a starting point, if the first day of your period is 1/1 and you have a 28-day cycle you would ovulate between Jan 13 -17 , but if you have something like a 36-day cycle you might ovulate Jan 21 - 25). It's just old blood from past periods clearing out.

I actually didn't tell her about the numbness - I hadn't had a period in over two months when I saw her and it kind of slipped my mind.. I wasn't reminded of it until it happened today....
