I took a PT and it said negative although I have been on birth control before the depo but I stopped it in 2005 I was never sexually active I took it for period regulation. Then I went for 3 years without any birth control. And I never had these symptoms coming off of the depo. Back ache, tired, sensitive nipples, feeling sick.. and wanting to eat/ stomach cramps.. Im now married and was on the birth control pill for a year then stopped about...

A week ago I got my biopsy results back and was diagnosed with mild vaginal dysplasia and given Aldara cream for 12 weeks to treat it. The thing is, I have symptomatic dysplasia. It usually doesn't cause symptoms, but mine came with constant irritation/burning and a heavy yellow discharge. I've been using the Aldara for a week now and haven't noticed an improvement in my symptoms (supposedly it can take a few weeks to work, but...

ETA: I also lost a lot of weight during that first retail job (I was underweight as it was) because it was stressful to work and go to school, but I gained it back after leaving the job. I attributed the irregular periods to that. I skip one or two periods at a time regularly. The doctors never worried because I'd never skip more than 2 in a row, but I'm going on the pill to get them more regular since I learned that cysts can...

matt - Sorry you haven't received any replies. Honestly, I have no idea. I would not think she would just stop on the 4th day due to sex on the 2nd even if she did become pregnant at that time. Maybe she just had a lighter flow this month. She could take a pregnancy test to ease your minds if you're worried that a pregnancy has occured. Good luck to you both.

Beta-mannan for cervical dysplasia
Published (2009-11-20 21:00:00)
I wish you ladies both allot of luck- and I do not mean to sound skeptical in anyway, but please be careful. First of all, beta mannon is another "natural" source which is sold to treat everything from cervical dysplasia to high blood pressure, depending on what website you read....and secondly, its not all natural. Herbs, and some supplements are not always good for you. Herbs, especially, are not FDA approved, and therfore,...

Pap Smear Test Question......
Published (2009-11-20 19:03:00)
I would go for an initial exam. Cervical cancer is not tied to sexual activity. The new recommendation is at age 21 and every 2 years after. Find a good female gyno and get started!

It definately could be the fibroids pressing on your bladder. I had that with Ovarian cysts. I've suffered 20 years with bladder problems. Most were the same as you. Eventually I was diagnosed with Intersistal Cystitis. It is basically bladder infection like symptons. After they test you for everything and throw the kitchen sink at you, they come up with that diagnosis. There is no ...

Irregular is more like when you don't knoow when your next one will come. And skipping a lot. Although your dates are farther apart than some you're still getting it every month so I don't think you're irregular.

Hi Rachael, I read your comment and feeling same way not to have surgery/procedure and try some supplements/herbs. I had my leep done almost a month ago. then they wanted me do Cone procedure which is they gonna take more tissues from my cervix. I had an appointment for Cone procedure but I learned ( from online and book etc ) out so many different ways you could live dysplasia free. I ...

I know my daughters always take midol when they have terrible menstrual cramps. I always thought of it as an expensive "gotcha" pill, but they really swear by it. My youngest has very painful periods and always has midol on hand. In fact, I remember my boss commenting that he takes them when he has strained a muscle! Says it does the trick! So apparently there is something to them. Worth a try....

Would advise you to have a pregnancy test, if bleeding persists you should see a gynecologist. How many days after your last period did you have unprotected intercourse?
