Yes, as Graves54 says, estriol cream is the best answer to vaginal dryness. You start with it daily for 10 to 14 days and then switch to twice a week. If the cream is too messy, look into "Vagifem," which is a tablet with a disposable applicator. You use it the same way as the cream. You need a doctor's prescription for either of these products.
