Don't let a surgeon practice on you. If he's never done it before then don't let him do it. If he botches it you are the one that has to live with it.

Is there any other options that are equally as good or close? just asking because i dont have any, at the moment atleast. And I might have got a bit ahead of myself about being able to retract as younger, but from what i remember i did not have a problem like now, not sure if i could fully retract it but i was able to expose most of the head and clean atleast without being sensitive.

Try DHEA. It's supposed to help your libido, man or woman. You're too young for an ED problem unless, of course, your football injury goes to more than your testicles. You may have a blockage in the arteries that feed your carvanossa (sacks that fill with blood and makes you penis hard). Have the doctor do an ultrasound on your penis for a blood flow evaluation. It might help if the medical technician was a cute young woman, who does...

If anyone has any experience with same problem, help would be really appreciated. We live in different countries (sounds impossible, but isn't) and so we haven't had much of a sex life, but we love each other and we're very open with each other. We only started having sex quite recently, although we've been together for about two years, mostly because he was a virgin when we met each other. The only time he has ever done it...

Yes, I think it was mostly mental, combined with having to fumble with the condom, which was distracting and broke the mood. You already said, "I kept second-guessing myself in my head... I started getting nervous..." Although I don't know how this girl would react, I think openness and honesty usually is the best policy. I don't know what she was thinking when you "just made lame excuses and tried to hide...

Erection Problem
Published (2009-11-05 16:49:00)
Hi All, Im 21 and have had no previous problems with my sexual health. I very nearly lost my virginity last week but i just could not get a proper erection. I got one for about 30 seconds without a condom on but as soon as i put it on it went back down. We had some foreplay before and that was fine. Since this, I have a very low libido as if it has damaged my sexual drive. I just have no drive anymore and that I cannot even get a full erection...

Yes, the Urologist is the specialty for a man who is having erectile related problems as well as other problems too. Depending on where you live and the availibility of healthcare providers in your demographic area, you may need a referal or consult request to come from your general medical provider if there is a shortage of Urologist in your area. It can take a few weeks to get an appointment ...

It sounds like you have some scarring from a chronic yeast infection.
That would explain why you were previously able to retract, and now it is tight.
Check out the sticky at the top of Men's Health, on stretching a tight foreskin. You will need to make sure the yeast infection is gone. Otherwise, stretching will just cause more scarring, and more tightness. The stretching takes six to ...

Balanitis can be cured with diaper cream, with zinc oxide.
If the tightness isn't cured in 3 years, I would go to the doctor, and ask for betamethasone cream. I would also get checked for a yeast infection.

Sounds like a cyst to me. I would think they could excise the cyst, and not remove anything, if you were inclined.

You could try applying a towel filled with ice, if it is still so swollen you can't get your foreskin forward. Don't use it more than 15 minutes, and never apply the ice directly.

You can masturbate more gently. Try running a lubricated finger up and down, until you get really aroused. Rough masturbation conditions the body, so that the penis requires rough contact. It can make vaginal sex disappointing. It is easier to learn gentler ways of masturbating, than to be frustrated by vaginal sex.
