Hi, I was put on 2 x .5mg daily of Lorazepam because I experienced awful anxiety from a different medication (Metoprolol). Last week I was weaned off the Metoprolol and now I don't feel I need the Lorazepam anymore. Since I've only been on Lorazepam for about 11 days is it ok to stop it cold turkey or should I wean myself off this. If so, what is a suggested weaning program? Thank you!...

Has anyone tried St Johns wort as a substitute to prescription meds? How effective is it? What other natural remedies are effective for anxiety/depression? Thanks

I would like to know how many people feel that they need to take xanax along with Lexapro and if this is safe?
