i am in desperate need of finding a scheduling regime to safely taper off of ultram. I was injured in hockey, put on this med and have become dependent on it. I know I can quit however I have no knowledge of how to taper and limit the withdrawals. I have had a habit of abusing opiates mainly oxycontin and percocet for the past 4-5 years. So far I am 17 days clean. I have occaisonally took darvocet during the day especially the first week or so, and ativan at night to get some sleep. My main problems, if energy and lack of interest. I can't seem to make myself feel better. Any suggesstions. desperate

Hello, I am a 40 year old business exec who just had his best friend at work tell him over lunch that he thinks he is addicted to percocet. He takes about 150 to 200 millgrams a day. I think I might be developing an addiction to Vicodin. I had a foot injury recently and was prescribed it for pain. I had a gut feeling I should not take it since I've had somewhat of a problem with prescription drugs before. Well, I didn't listen to that inner voice and took it anyway. At first, it just made me pretty high and groggy. But the more often I take it, the more I feel like this ...

Hi everyone...it's been a week or almost a week since I posted last. I feel like I've been to hell and back.
