In fact the most bugging thing about it is not the framerate but that the screen has an extremely narrow viewing angle. Not surprising on a "...

I never really used this laptop because Vista is so clumsy I found a Netbook much faster and more reliable. I'm not about to also be a guinea pig for Windows 7. XP works just fine so I'd like to downgrade using the spare Retail XP Professional I have already. Has anyone done it with this laptop?

I wanted to buy the laptop reviewed some time ago.. Dell Inspiron 13z, it would be my ideal going to class, office and internet machine. The build reviewed with that e-value thing costs 569 pounds and is about €640. Now I put this laptop together on the dutch dell site, and ordering here the exact same configuration would be €840. I am not eager to shell out €200 extra and wanted to ask if ...

Old HP Pavillion N3350 possible upgrade I have a very old HP Pavilion N3350 that was used to connect to the Internet via modem several years ago. If possible, I would like to transition this HP to use an Ethernet cable. I realize this is a very old computer, however it will be perfect to use for a project I’m currently working on....

as you might know, I am moving soon to new zealand to study architecture. I had a thread asking for help to build a desktop, and I was planning to buy some small notebook for college / office / internet. I've got a friend now who visits the US and he proposed he could buy me a macbook pro and bring this with him when he returned. Now are these macbooks alot cheaper in the States than in the...

Hey there I think my laptop is almost fubar. I have a Hp zd8000 2gb ram with a crappy ATI x600 display. I updated to the Catalyst 9.11 and noticed my graphics got abit choppy. So I uninstalled Catalyst and the drivers and removed hardware via device manager and figured i'll start clean. So got the Catalyst 9.11 used Mobility Modder on it (to see if that would help the choppy graphics while gaming...

Hello everyone! I just recently downgraded from Vista to XP on my Dell Inspiron 1521 laptop. I have everything working except the card reader slot. I found the driver and installed it but when I put the memory stick in the slot it doesn't work. Nothing happens. Did I miss something?? I'm kind of freaking out because I need to use the card reader slot often - I have my own photography ...
